THUG YOGA®️ - Class Descriptions
TY PRIMETIME:
The O.G. all-levels, all-homies flow, themed per month to dive deeper into the mind/body connection and curated to rap music, lyrics & history. Includes complimentary mat on request while supplies last. Adult beverages available for purchase at the W Rooftop bar.
TY POOLSIDE:
Weekend hangover? No stress. Drag your azz to this all-levels slow flow to cure the "itis" and add some rizz to your day. Or do less and cannonball into the pool. Your choice. Complimentary beer or hard seltzer provided by the Limelight Hotel for a little Hair of the Downward Dogg. Includes complimentary mats on request - please request the day before class.
Thug Yoga® isn't your traditional yoga class. We spin the hottest beats, have beers in hand, create our own pose names and discuss the lyrics and lives of the artists. The low drop-in fees won't break the bank at $10 a class or even donation-based for some. Read on to learn more about the classes we offer.

Thug Yoga®
Put the OG in your YOGA with Courtney's trademarked style. An Aspen original, this class is designed for the outlaw who doesn't follow the crowd. Laugh with your homies as you stretch and open the body in a medium flow designed with the mountain athlete in mind. Hilarious pose names and carefully curated rap music make this "Gateway Yoga" the only option for those who have sworn they would never step on the mat. Learn the basics as well as some badass moves for the dance floor, all while sipping on a Hair of the Downward Dogg.
